The Speed King CX comes in a Nytech Breaker reinforced 3-ply 180TPI casing, married to Continental's performance based Pure Grip compound for a consitent delivery of grip, rolling speed, durability and longevity. Available in a wider Gravel orientated 35mm, or UCI legal racing biased 32mm option.
What is the intended use?
Deriving from the Speed King, the CX specific version inherits the same effective tread pattern as its cousin. Performing well on hard and dry cross circuits and urban terrain. The semi slick diamond shaped centre tread patern rolls with ease and pace, while the course shoulder lugs bite into technical sections and deliver confidence and support.
