The Country Grip'R comes in Michelin's blend of Standard casing, Standard compound configuration optimised for durability, longevity and performance whilst being affordable, in a moderatly low weight package. Part of Michelin's Access Line, this tyre comes in a 3x30TPI carcass with a range of sizes, in a choice of Wire Bead, tube only or Folding Bead, Tubeless Ready options.
What is the intended use?
Designed for XC and light Trail use for the more leisure-minded riders, the Country Grip'R is suitable for all terrains but optimised for mixed/soft in a range of weather conditions. The aggressive tread pattern, deriving from the popular Wild Grip'R range bites into soft ground whilst still providing good speed, offering superbly well balanced, affordable charcteristics.
Our verdict
A fantastic XC / Trail specific tyre from Michelin's Access line, well rounded grip oriented performance at an entry level price point. Suitable for use as a pair, or on the front with the faster rolling Country Race'R on the rear.
