Michelin's Wild XC comes off the shelf in a Folding bead, Tubeless Ready format. Both models using the Gum-X compound optimising the balance between efficiency and traction. The Performance Line model, utilises a 3x60TPI construction, reinforced with high density fibre underneath the tread breadth, focussing on puncture protection whilst remaining moderately lightweight. The Racing Line model is equipped with the Cross Shield² casing. Fabricated with a 2 ply 150TPI Carcass, with an additional 2 layers locally to the bead for extra pinch protection, wrapped all over in a high density fibre for superior tear resistance. Resulting in a lightweight and compliant race tyre used by professionals at the highest level.
